He had an effective tenure in Nepal Police since 1987 and served in various major positions. Over years of association with Nepal Police he has gained a vast range of experiences and expertise in networking with National and International Law Enforcement Agencies for formal and informal information exchange, conducting operations and investigations. In addition, he is equipped with the diversity of experiences acquired for three decades, both in-country and abroad (Provincial Investigation officer Cambodia and Senior Police Advisor Afghanistan with United Nations) which enriches his risk assessment and management capacity.

In his 30 years tenure in Nepal Police, his exposure as chief of different police units of Nepal Police and United Nations’ Missions in different war trodden countries in Europe, Asia Pacific and America, as Senior Police trainer, mentor, investigator and logistics operation manager in international assignments was valuable in providing him capacity in coordinating and managing the risk activities. His insight and ability to coordinate and get the work delivered with wide spread network of workforce has been advantage in obtaining services in reliable and timely manner.

Kesh B Shahi

During his tenure in Nepal Police since 1987, he has served in various major positions. His experiences as Director of Central Investigation Bureau, Chief of Valley Crime Investigation, Principal of Crime Detective School, President of FBI National Academy Associates Asia Pacific Chapter 2014, and Police Advisor in UN Mission in Haiti,Sierra Leone has added wide variety of capacities in investigation and capacity enhancement.

His work in Haiti as Human Resource Manager and Trainer for Civil and Military Induction Unit, and IMTC (Integrated Mission Training Center) was well appreciated. He also worked as Police Advisor and coordinator in DFID program, and trainer to Local Police on crime investigation, community policing and Humanitarian Aid to IDPS.

Damodar Bhattarai

Mr. Damodar Bhattarai is a retired Civil Engineer from GoN service and now working as a freelance consultant particularly procurement and contract management in the field of water resources. He worked for GoN from 1975 to 2007 in various capacities from District Public Works Engineer to Divisional Engineer at District Irrigation Office, Dang; Senior Divisional Engineer at the Water & Energy Commission Secretariat, Department of Water Induced Disaster Management, to Superintendent Engineer and Deputy Director General at the Department of Electricity Development prior to retirement. He has worked as Consultant to for various organizations like CIDA funded project Community Environment Awareness and Management Project (CEAMP) in Nepal and as Construction Engineer in the Argandhav Irrigation Rehabilitation Project (Dahla Dam) in Kandahar, Afghanistan and the World Bank funded Nepal India Road Transit and Transportation Project (NIRTTP) in Nepal. He has been currently involved in Bagmati River Basin Improvement Project of the Government of Nepal.
